We all have the need to be in nature from time to time to recharge. This is even more so if you live in a busy city like Amsterdam. A short bike ride from the centre of Amsterdam in the village of landsmeer there is a nature reserve named Twiske.
The place is magical especially in the early mornings. There is a lot to see, from beautiful birds like herrons and storks to geese. But also expect to encounter rabbits and if you are lucky you might stumble into a dear or doe.
All in all a fabulous place to recharge!
