One of the more adventureous sides of my work as a photographer is Urban Exploration photography or URBEX for short. The exploration of long forgotten buildings is a risky business but well worth the beautiful shots. The photo’s in this post were all made at the Hemsbrug area in Zaandam. This area was build in the early 1900 and was used as a factory for the ammunition and canon’s. The workers have long since abandoned the place and the area is now up for new development. Well worth the visit while nature is still aloud to rule the once busy buildings.

The photo’s you see here were all made with a Sony A7mk2 and a Voigtlander Ultron Asph. 35mm f1.7
